JS Contractor requires a system to manage the whole recruitment process. The company database must be shared between its branches in Manila and Cebu. Furthermore, the JS Conrtactor website must provide a wide range of self-service such as online application, application status checking and employers login for applicant sourcing.
Quantum X developed an open source browser-based application to manage the recruitment process from sourcing, to screening, to testing, approval and deployment. The solution presented significant cost savings to the company in terms of software licenses, improved efficiency, and reduction in telecommunication expenses.
