The Author
The author has both the technical and project management background and experience. He had wide experience with developing collaboration portals and his past engagements allowed him to further understand how varying organizations collaborate and the importance of integrating custom business processes into the technology platform.
Mr. Sy have been developing task-based, hands-on courseware in the last 6 years with industry proven instructional design techniques and also have been conducting corporate training since 1999.
Mr. Sy holds a Bachelor of Science in Telecommunications Engineering Technology and Minors in Management and Mathematics degree. He graduated cum laude at the Southern Polytechnic State University (SPSU) - Marietta, GA. He is currently a Managing Partner of Quantum X, Inc., and an Instructor / Course Author / Technical Editor at the Learning Tree Int’l in Reston, VA
