By joining the MyTrabaho Match, Quantum X is making full use of its expertise in sharing its Interactive Recruitment Information System (IRIS) to break down the barriers of the jobseekers and employers.
Through IRIS, job application becomes faster and easier. And because it is Internet-ready, IRIS gives increased productivity and less expenses, by enabling foreign principals and job applicants to easily access applicant information anytime and anywhere across the globe.
My Trabaho Launching
Quantum X joins Philippine Daily Inquirer, Manila Broadcasting Company, Optimus Innovations, STI, and MyTrabaho.com in launching the My Trabaho public service program. Last February 10, 2005, the leaders of the five “My Trabaho” Partner Companies formally launched “My Trabaho”, a public service program that helps jobseekers and people at work find their dream jobs and develop globally competitive competencies.
The "My Trabaho" Match was launched with the support of STI and Quantum X. It provides a link between jobseekers and employers to facilitate employment of applicants qualified for vacant positions. All resumes sent to "My Trabaho" at designated drop off points, or e-mail will be encoded in a database. Job seekers can also encode their resumes themselves into the database. The database will be made available to as many employers as possible to speed up the employment process.
The idea of joining hands for a greater cause---one that used to be just a dream---is finally being realized. Quantum X hopes that its humble contribution to a program, clearly dedicated in serving the Filipinos, becomes beneficial and would help put the Philippines on a different light as a globally competitive one.
