First of all, I want to congratulate QuantumX for developing a phenomenal product, the Interactive Recruitment Information System (IRIS), specifically tailored for the manpower recruitment industry. Philippine-RN Recruitment Agency has been in business for three (3) years and our biggest challenge has always been to find the niche that would set us apart from amongst the thousands of other direct competitors in the dog-eat-dog world of the recruitment business.
I am extremely happy to say that we have finally found that niche and, because of the IRIS product, Philippine-RN is on its way to leapfrogging the competition. We are now only one of a handful of Filipino recruitment agencies with a manpower pooling software and database that is integrated into our website, www.Philippine-RN.com. IRIS gives our sponsoring employers the capability to view the CVs, supporting documents, pictures, and real-time status of the applicants plus the ability to source new applicants from almost anywhere in the world on any computer with Internet access. Considering that we have clients in the U.S., Europe, Middle East and Asia, this indeed is a very powerful tool.
